Curry Roasted Chicken

EASY CURRY ROASTED CHICKEN

4 chicken legs
1 T olive oil
2 tsp curry powder
salt and pepper

Heat oil in cast iron skillet.
Season chicken with curry and salt and pepper.
Brown stovetop for 5-7 minutes, then put in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Serve with rice, vegetable, naan


You can cook any amount of chicken.  Just make sure the chicken is cooked, breasts and thighs might take a little longer.
